Our Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible but please understand that we are still a small business. Personalized and custom orders please allow 1-2 weeks to create it just right for you. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of boxes your items will be shipped in, the weight of those boxes, and the distance they will travel.
Returns & Refunds
The Fine Print
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. The product must be in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
